Evolve's March Special Skills class is a four part Yoga Flow series led by Instructor Shane Hillman focusing on topics like core strengthening, balance, power flows, and restorative yoga. Shane has practiced and taught yoga for years and takes a uniquely practical and holistic approach to yoga. Students will learn, practice, and develop flows that can be remembered and used in their own yoga practice or athletic stretching.
Special Skills: Yoga Flow will be held every Monday in March from 8:00PM - 9:00PM after Evolve's standard Krav Maga classes.
